An islot88 account may be closed or suspended in two ways:

a) Closure at Member's Request (Voluntary):
You may close your islot88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds in your account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.

b) Closure by islot88 (Mandatory):
islot88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• Losses arising from failures or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Any damages arising from unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or content displayed on the islot88 platform.

Islot88's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
